
Today 5th grade students read about the history and tradition of turkey pardoning and were able to watch President Trump pardon the turkeys, Bread and Butter, on live television!





Miss Ann’s morning and afternoon classes enjoyed a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving feast.



5th and 6th grade students took advantage of the beautiful weather and hung Christmas ornaments for the NeHi tree!





It was a beautiful day to walk to the park and decorate the NeHi tree!




2A in Turkey Trouble! After reading the story today, we decided to help our own turkeys out and disguise them until Thanksgiving is over! 🦃



1B walked to the park to decorate the school tree. On the way back we detoured through the trail in the park.




2B enjoyed their STEAM activity that went with their story Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type. They made barns out of LEGO’s, Lincoln logs, play doh, and craft sticks

2A made their own musical instruments after reading Ah, Music! They used cereal boxes, toilet paper rolls, rice, and other household items. They were so creative!

3rd graders have been learning about snowflakes this week! Yesterday and today they were able to make their own snowflakes using hot water, borax, and pipe cleaners. After their snowflakes were ready, they measured the diameter in centimeters and put their data on a line plot with everyone’s snowflake information on it as well. It was a fun day in 3rd grade!
